DUI Program Information

If you have been arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI), drug-related charges, or had your DUI reduced to Reckless Driving, you are required to attend a DUI Program at Solutions Traffic School.

DUI Program Levels:

  • DUI Level I: First-time offenders with no prior DUI-related incidents.
  • DUI Level II: Required for those with previous DUI arrests, convictions, or program attendance.

Program Details:

  • The program includes class hours and a one-hour evaluation.
  • Class hours vary based on whether you are enrolled in Level I or Level II.

Online Registration:

  • Choose your class schedule during the online registration.
  • After registering, you will receive an email with important forms and information, including:
    • Proof of Enrollment
    • DUI Class Schedule
    • Rules and Regulations
    • Request to Release or Obtain Information
    • Important Notice
    • Receipt

Submitting Forms:

Important Notice

If you’ve been arrested for DUI, you may apply for a hardship driver’s license to regain restricted driving privileges for work, education, church, and medical purposes. To be eligible, you must enroll in DUI School and apply within 10 days of your arrest. Follow these steps:

  1. Enroll in DUI School and obtain a proof of enrollment form.
  2. Complete DMV waiver form HSMV 72034.
  3. Submit the proof of enrollment and waiver form to the Bureau of Administrative Review office.

Upon registering, your Proof of Enrollment will be emailed to you or available for download from your account.
